Requirements for material installation

1. Check whether the metal composite plate has cracked or warped during transportation; Is the protective film intact and undamaged.

2. The installation of aluminum alloy keel, screws, and structure ensures quality, with low expansion and contraction properties, and its physical and chemical properties meet environmental standards.

Main construction equipment: fine tooth saw, hand planer, sandpaper, metal composite board special slotting machine, wallpaper knife, brush, clip (fixture).

Installation technical measures

1. Treatment of the base layer: The wall can be leveled and fixed horizontally using aluminum square and angle steel.

2. Setting out and positioning: Draw lines on the wall, pre arrange them for quick separation, and install and fix the aluminum alloy card keel vertically.

3. Cutting metal plates: Draw lines on the metal composite plate according to the layout size, use a fine tooth saw to cut the plate to avoid cracking, and use a plane or sandpaper to polish the burrs. During processing, the surface should be free of sand, iron filings, and other debris to avoid scratching the surface of the board and protective film. The corners of the corners should be grooved using a dedicated slotting machine (using a 10mm round or pointed gong knife) to ensure a smooth and straight corner.

4. Folding: The metal composite plate is folded around the edges, and reinforced ribs are placed in the middle of the plate for fixation.

5. Install metal composite plate: Install the processed plate according to the designed size and evenly apply pressure. Special parts can be clamped with clips. Ensure that the board joints are well opened while ensuring the decorative effect.

6. Cleaning: Remove the protective film on the surface of the metal plate and wipe it clean.
