        We have learned that the production process of aluminum honeycomb panels is made by using a middle aluminum honeycomb core and a good fluorocarbon roller painted aluminum panel as the panel. And it has the advantages of sound absorption, insulation, environmental protection, and strong pressure resistance, and the design of aluminum honeycomb core is indispensable.


        1. Sound absorption

        3. Environmental protection


        Aluminum honeycomb core, as a pure aluminum product, does not volatilize any harmful gases to the human body, is non radioactive and can be fully recycled, making it an environmentally friendly product for the current green development of sheet metal.


        4. Bearing pressure


        We know that aluminum honeycomb panels have the advantages of high strength pressure resistance, which is also due to the scientific design of aluminum honeycomb cores. The panels on both sides of the aluminum honeycomb panel are high-strength aluminum panels, and the inner layer is a specially made hexagonal aluminum honeycomb core. As a honeycomb core panel adhered to the sandwich structure, it bears pressure in the tangential direction. These tightly constrained dense honeycombs are like many small I-beams, which can disperse and bear the pressure from the panel direction, making the panel uniformly stressed.
